This includes taking the lead in cases with significant dollar damage claims for those who have suffered meaningful and permanent harm. Todd is currently serving as adjunct professor at the University of Missouri — Kansas City School of Law, teaching an advanced litigation drafting course. He is also actively involved in several charitable and professional organizations, including the Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. He has served as a board member of the Civil Litigation Section of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and has chaired its Torts Committee. He lives in Lee’s Summit, Missouri and enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports and occasionally playing golf.
