Before attending law school, Brian Duke was a Class A CDL truck driver for three years and a transportation freight broker for five years. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2023. Before joining Votava, Nantz & Johnson, he defended trucking and insurance companies, working on notable cases with high exposure to the companies and insurers.
Brian is married with two children and two dogs. In his free time, you can find him practicing Brazilian jiu jitsu, making music, cooking, or playing chess. He also earned an undergraduate degree in advanced biblical studies from Calvary University.
