- For over a decade, Todd has been selected by his peers through Thomson Reuters as a “Super Lawyer,” a Top 50 Lawyer in Kansas City and a Top 100 Lawyer in Missouri and Kansas in the field of personal injury litigation.
- Being made a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Membership in this organization is by invitation only and proceeded by a rigorous screening processes that consider the lawyer’s ability, experience and accomplishments in the courtroom.
He has been actively involved in several charitable and professional organizations, including the Missouri Bar, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Blood Cancer United, Lee’s Summit Educational Foundation and North Lee County Community Foundation. Todd has served as a board member of the Civil Litigation Section of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and has chaired its Torts Committee. He also served as Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, teaching a class in Advanced Litigation Drafting.

- A $5.5 million settlement for a young child injured at a day care.
- A $3.75 million settlement for the survivors of a woman who was struck by a tractor-trailer in rural Kansas.
- A $3 million verdict from a federal jury in St. Louis for the family of a man who died after being Tased by a police officer.
- A $2.5 million settlement for the family of an iron worker who died after falling from a water tower in rural Missouri.
- A $2 million settlement for an individual who was rear-ended by a commercial vehicle.
A longtime Missouri resident, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, boating and occasionally playing golf.
